Ubuntu apt spam

Is the recent ubuntu apt spam getting you down – just move or remove

/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20apt-esm-hook.conf

and apt goes back to doing it’s job without spam.

Updates to ubuntu-advantage-tools will restore it…
